- The Buyer is obliged to submit a complaint at the place of purchase of the furniture, and if this is not possible (eg liquidation of a commercial unit), directly to the Guarantor.
- The notification is made in writing or electronically. The application should include the date of purchase, a receipt or a copy of the invoice, a detailed description of the reported objection, the date on which that do not have the indicated documents and data will not be able to be considered and thus, the complaint procedure will not be started.
- The Buyer will be notified by the Seller about the acceptance of the complaint for processing by the Guarantor or the recognition of the complaint as unjustified within 14 days from the date of receipt of the complaint.
- For furniture intended for installation outside the place of issue, delivered to the Buyer in packages (as long as the package does not show any signs of damage), the time for submitting a complaint for visible (apparent) defects in workmanship and finishing and missing elements (accessories) is 7 days from the date of issue.
- If the Guarantor determines that the submitted complaint is justified - the warranty repair will take place within 30 working days from the date of acceptance of the complaint.
- The basic method of settling the complaint is the repair of the product restoring its functional and aesthetic value.
- The method and place of repair is determined by the Guarantor. The cost of delivery of the goods to the Guarantor, if it is necessary to check or repair at the place of production, shall be borne by the Buyer.
- If it is necessary to additionally check the validity of the complaint, bring in a new product or a specialist repair at the factory, the complaint deadlines may be extended, about which the Buyer will be informed.
- There is no delay in settling the complaint if the Guarantor's representative reports to the Buyer on the agreed date to settle the complaint, and he could not perform this action for reasons attributable to the Buyer.
- The Guarantee is not obliged to provide the Buyer with replacement furniture for the time of repairing the furniture covered by the complaint.
- If the Buyer prevents the repair, it is considered that he has resigned from his warranty rights.
